Three Quick Notes

01Do I need my own boots?

No. The hire rack keeps boots, waterproofs, poles and day packs ready on the bench, fitted before the group sets out. Tell us your size when you book.

02Do you walk in the rain?

Small showers rarely stop a route. A heavy day simply changes the route choice to the flat Lagoon Loop or an indoor story walk at the bunkhouse, and the leader will phone ahead to confirm.

03Is the contact easy to reach by train?

Yes. The bunkhouse sits a short flat walk from the local station, and the guided meet point on the sand is reached on foot in about ten gentle minutes with a backpack or carrier.
